#27 - Cabinet Doors

For the cabinet doors, I cut everything from 1/2" sandalwood with a 1/2" overlap of the cabinet openings. After confirming the fit up, I chamfered the edges, filled the pockets, and primed them with mold and mildew resistant primer (pre-emptive with water/ mold issues common in vans and RV's). Additionally, the owner before me had left several 4 foot long hinges in the van, and I was able to cut them up to the size of each cabinet door with my angle grinder. This saved me having to buy 11 sets of hinges! Ha
